Our mission
No one left feeling alone when something happens nearby
Skuark is a verified community alert and safety network designed to help people feel safer, act faster and support one another responsibly when something happens locally.
The gap we're closing
Today, many people feel disconnected from what is happening around them. If someone feels unsafe, witnesses suspicious behaviour, sees an incident unfolding or needs help, there is often a gap between the moment something happens and the moment official help arrives.
Important information can be lost in panic, scattered across social media, or shared informally in group chats with no structure, verification or accountability.
Skuark has been created to help close that gap.
What Skuark does
Through the app, verified users can raise a local alert, notify nearby members, securely capture evidence and help create real-time awareness within their community. This gives people a way to respond more quickly, stay informed and support each other in a responsible, connected and structured way.
Raise a local alert
One tap notifies nearby verified members the moment something happens.
Create real-time awareness
Communities stay informed about what's unfolding around them, as it happens.
Preserve vital evidence
Securely capture video and audio so important information isn't lost in panic.
Verified and accountable
Every member is verified — structure and accountability, not rumour.
Alongside the emergency services — never instead of them
Skuark is not designed to replace the police or emergency services. In an emergency, people should still call 999. Instead, Skuark is designed to sit alongside existing services as a trusted community safety layer — helping preserve vital evidence, raise local awareness and support safer, more connected communities.
Our vision
The vision is simple but powerful: to create a network where people are no longer left feeling alone when something happens nearby.
Skuark gives communities the tools to act faster, protect each other better and build a clearer picture of local safety concerns before, during and after an incident.
